Needed a present for a 30th birthday, was served by Carol who made some very helpful suggestions and pointed out a good offer that we could make use of. The present we chose was gratefully received. A good shopping experience overall.
I had a wonderful experience thanks to Carol. She was incredibly helpful, professional, and attentive throughout my visit. Her kind and pleasant manner made the whole process easy and enjoyable. It’s rare to meet someone who balances friendliness with such clear expertise, but Carol did exactly that. She is a credit to the Chatham store, and I truly appreciate the care she showed.
My wedding ring went out of shape. So I took it in to see if it can be fixed. I was served by Dani and Emma they were very friendly. They were very helpful and sorted it out for me straight away. Was back out the shop in about 5 minutes so very quick aswel.
Took my watch to have a couple of links removed from the strap. Carol at the Chatham branch served us straight away, and then carried out the work quickly, efficiently and to a great standard. Excellent service, couldn't recommend them highly enough. Great to still be able to get this kind of service in a struggling high street. Thanks, Carol!
