Today I visited h. Samuel in the mall. Maidstone kent.i was served by a sales assistant named Andrew.. His customer service was excellent.. he was very knowledgeable with the stock.he didn't rush me. As my partner is in Africa he had his finger measured but in numbers not letters.. Andrew was professional at all times helped to convert to uk size and I was able to place a order for 2 wedding rings..he explained that if it didn't fit it could be altered at a later date..I did speak to the store manager to say how happy I was with the service I recueved..
Visited the shop as I managed to lose the spring link in my new watch. Andrew served me and sorted it out within 10 minutes. Extremely lovely and helpful gentleman and would definitely return to the shop xx
Sharon was the best! Since my original piercings had closed, I needed them to be redone. She put me at ease and did not make me nervous at all. Some of the best customer service I have encountered in a long time. Furthermore there was a great selection of jewellery available. Highly recommend.
Been wearing these watches for a few years. Accurist, and Bulova are my favourite. Staff are incredibly nice and helpful.
I have , over a period of time, had problems with a particular design of ring and been to the Maidstone store quite a few times. I cannot express enough how helpful the staff have been over this time, Andrew and In particular Sharon, who brought my problems to a happy conclusion. They should know how appreciative I am for all their help and excellent customer service.
