I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The woman who attended to me was snobbish and dismissive throughout the appointment, making me feel like she didn’t actually want to help despite quoting extremely high prices. It was surprising and off-putting given the kind of service you’d expect at this price point. The craftsman inside, on the other hand, was polite and seemed genuinely kind, a stark contrast to her attitude. To top it off, when I asked to use the restroom at the end of my appointment, she kept giving vague and evasive answers instead of simply directing me. It was unnecessarily rude and unhelpful. Overall, the experience left a bad impression, and I wouldn’t recommend visiting unless they seriously rethink their approach to customer service.
I had an heirloom from a deceased relative cleaned. The team handled the necklace with great care, I got it back in less than two days and it looks absolutely beautiful. All the staff are incredibly professional and very nice.
Came in to get a loose stone in my engagement ring looked at. They were super lovely, tightened the claws of the ring on the day, and also gave some really good advice about potentially strengthening the setting. Would definitely recommend
Amazing team and super informative! We were told many times that my engagement ring couldn't be resized - as it was bought abroad and jewellers won't fix it if it's not bought there. They did it in 5 working days with no issue. They even let us try lots of wedding bands and explained us the process of ordering them. Excellent!
I have to say this workshop exceeded my expectations. The service was outstanding down to customer service from Sophie and Scott and the fast hardworking jeweller Paulo! I was very apprehensive to hand over my ring as it had deep sentimental value and was expensive, however the way the team took care of my ring with such safety and protection. I could not be happier with the way my ring fits me now! I would highly recommend them to everyone that requires jewellery adjustments. What a fantastic find in Hatton Garden.
I chose Hatton Garden Workshop because of the great reviews and so wanted to leave my own. I received great service for the repair and resizing of two rings. The process was hassle free, Scott was really communicative and they came back to me more polished and glistening than they have ever been. I had a really positive experience.
Scott and the team at Hatton Garden Workshop are absolutely brilliant - incredibly prompt and friendly, giving expert, tailored advice and workmanship that genuinely stands out in Hatton Garden (and London as a whole). Scott went above and beyond to reset a stone that kept becoming loose in my ring and, in doing so, identified in seconds what was wrong with the existing setting (which no one had done previously) and completely rebuilt the clasps – all in a day. I’m not sure what I expected other than a more secure stone, but the end result is staggering and still blows my mind – I love it. He clearly has a genuine passion for his work, and a rare understanding of intricate and careful workmanship. I was really impressed by the team’s clear emphasis on integrity and longevity rather than quick fixes. The turnaround was efficient, the pricing was transparent and competitive, and the environment was open and not at all pressurised. It’s also amazing to see the workshop on site! I found Hatton Garden Workshop on Google and chose them because of the stellar reviews there – and my expectations have been completely exceeded by the service I got. I wouldn’t hesitate to return in the future and to recommend Scott and the team – very confidently – to anyone looking for a jewellery workshop or expert advice.
Scott and his team replaced a little diamond that had fallen out of my engagement ring. Not only did they do an excellent job, but the initial quote they gave me came in lower than expected and the work was done really promptly. I cannot recommend them enough. It was my first time using them and naturally I was nervous as am so protective of anyone touching my ring, but I will have no hesitation in using them again if I need. Thank you guys!
Scott and his team were fantastic. I came here like many based on strong reviews. They reduced my wedding ring, letting me try on several sizes and advising me on best fit. They turned it round in two days and polished it making it look as new. Lovely gentleman and lovely team- he even fixed my watch strap that was loose while I was there.
