The quality is bar none, you can go more expensive with a mainstream brand but you're not really getting anything more there. T&H also offer platinum settings which not a lot of other jewellers do. Very happy with the purchase and the customer service is great.
Had a fantastic experience with Patrick and Florencia. They were both very helpful, talked me through options which results in a ring my fiance is now very happy with, including a custom diamond we had already. Would have no problems recommending, and will likely get our wedding bands from here too!

We had an amazing design experience with Patrick. I had quite a clear idea of what I wanted, but Patrick helped to bring my vision to life and had really helpful suggestions to improve my ideas. The process was so much faster than I was expecting and I loved how personal it was. Having designed my engagement ring, Patrick also made some enhancements to my grandmother's eternity ring which I used as a wedding band and created a third ring to sit perfectly between the two so it all works beautifully together as a set. I couldn't recommend Taylor and Hart highly enough for a truly memorable and bespoke experience!

We had the pleasure of working with Maria Lalana who was understanding and very insightful for what we had in mind. She never pushed anything on us and used her experience to ensure that we were completely satisfied with our finalised design. Once we completed our order, the design process began and shipping came next. We were kept in the loop with Candice who works in the Customer Care Experience Team. She was extremely knowledgable and reassuring of the delivery process. The ring was despatched exactly as she said it would and arrived without delay. When it arrived, it was packaged in a smartly designed box with all of the appropriate paperwork (gemological reports, invoices, etc.), as well as information on upkeep of the ring and cleaning cloths. You cannot go wrong and will not be disappointed if you choose to trust Taylor and Hart with any type of jewellery design you have in mind - from start to finish, they've exceeded all of our expectations.
