Wonderful cattery, took great care of our kitty who suffers with epilepsy. Will definitely book again, they are clearly big animal lovers and really care. :)
Brilliant cattery. Lovely people running who knew what to do with a nervous cat who came home calm and relaxed. Felt totally at ease leaving our moggie with them and am looking forward to taking her back.
Disclaimer that I've never left a cat at a cattery before so I have no basis for comparison but: I was incredibly nervous about doing so because she's only 5 months old, loves company and always sleeps with me and I was put at ease by Helen and her husband (sorry - I didn't catch his name!). The pens were clean and nicely contained and I felt no trepidation about leaving her there. Helen replied to my message to let me know how she was settling in. On collection, my kitten was happy, content, healthy and hadn't lost weight or anything, and Helen was very chatty and good with her overall. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this cattery. Overall, I'm very happy.
very friendly people who take such good care of the cats! It was our kittens first time being away from us. The owners were so friendly and took such good car of our kitten. We have already booked the next stay!
Can’t recommend enough! Have used twice and both times have been great. My cat is timid so Helen put her in the quieter cattery and also won’t use wood pellet litter which Helen was only too happy to change to the brand my cat prefers. We keep in contact throughout the week which makes me feel much more at ease knowing she is well looked after. Helen is extremely friendly and chatty. I will always be recommending and using for future holidays/trips away. Thank you Helen

Lovely owners, the cattery and individual pods were lovely and clean. Every care was taken to make sure my cat was well looked after and was safe and comfortable. Will definitely be booking my cat in there again for our next holiday.
We left Barney with Helen for a week while we moved house, to save him from the packing boxes. He was looked after very well indeed and Helen even helped with preparing him for a long journey to his new home in Lincolnshire. We would not hesitate to recommend Pets on Vacation. A truly exceptional service. Helen and her husband are always so welcoming and friendly, going above and beyond to care for your cat(s). One of my cats is currently on crate rest following an accident and Helen not only provided a bigger crate than the one I had at home, but has also lent it to me for the next 4 weeks! I had no concerns leaving my cat in her care - I was able to text Helen for an update partway through my holiday, my cat took her medicine three times a day with no issues and came home relaxed and healthy. Recommend 100%!
