   We have two pups who stay with Helen and Simon regularly and have used them since 2022. They are the only dog boarder we will use for our holidays. Ours have spent countless weekends and weeks there and words can’t express how amazing they are. One of our dogs experiences significant health issues and Helen and Simon are understanding, cautious and so meticulous in ensuring medication is given and that he is looked after correctly. Mix the love and affection alongside fantastic walks and interactions the dogs get when at Milo’s, the dogs come home exhausted but so contented! Helen and Simon truly treat them as one of their own. So long as Milo’s is open, our dogs will always be going there ❤️

   So I've been going to Milo's 3 days a week with my besties, Simon and Helen for ummm, well I'm not so good at hooman time but basically forever and it's great. I get to play with my friends all day on the beach or in the woods. We also play in the paddock by the house and when I'm tired I can snooze by the Aga. Only thing is I think mum told them what training I'm doing so sometimes I get lessons. When I get home I am exhausted, which mum loves, the photo is of me when I've come home! I've even heard mum ask if they let hoomans book in. I think they must send 'school reports' every day as my mum always knows what I've been doing... I can't get away with anything. Love it here though, I'm even staying here for my holidays soon... can't wait. Love Bertie.

   Our two working cockers have the most wonderful time here. It means we can go away and not worry about them as we know Simon and Helen will be brilliant. Helen had to take one of our’s to the vet, and she made the insurance claim without me having to do anything. I would not hesitate to recommend Milo’s.

   Milo's dog hotel is the only place I will send my 2 x furbabies. They are always treated as a part of the family, have lots of fun and seem to thoroughly enjoy themselves. Highly recommend.

   Choosing somewhere for your precious pet can be a very anxious time but you need look no further than Milo’s. Helen and her wonderful family treated our boy like he was one of their very own family - in fact, if he could talk I suspected that he would have asked to stay longer! I agree with all the praise others have written and we are so thankful and grateful to have found somewhere as exceptionally caring as Milo’s for our treasured dog to have a holiday too. Thank you Helen.

   I have nothing but positives to say about this business. So impressed with the service Milos have offered that we will never leave our boy with anyone else. I was so nervous about leaving our dog for the first time to go away but I had no doubt from my first contact with Milos that he would be left in good hands. From the onset, my communication with Milos was very professional and all of the forms required for booking requested appropriate and pertinent questions to ensure that full care could be provided for our dog whilst we were away. Our dog was booked in for a familiarisation visit before the booking and we were very happy with the environment in which he was to stay. Helen and her family were very welcoming and clearly love dogs - Dougie was very happy with a waggy tail confirming that he was very happy with the surroundings. When we away I was sent messages and lots of photos and videos and he looked like he was very happy and having a wonderful time. It gave me great comfort to have these updates and to see that he was being well looked after. We have him home now and he is exhausted after such a good time and lots of lovely long walks with new places to explore. I highly recommend Milos and will only ever use this service to look after our beloved pooch :)

   My two dogs recently spent the weekend at Milo's Dog Hotel and I couldn't recommend this place enough! Milo's gave our treasured pets a wonderful home from home experience that they loved. With loads of outside space and regular countryside walks, they loved it! We also had regular updates from Helen including pictures. It was lovely to go away knowing that they were being looked after so well.
