On the day of check-in, the host unilaterally changed my booking at 11:00 and failed to offer any viable alternative in time. By 17:00, the “replacement” accommodation they suggested had already been sold — and I was left without a place to stay. Later the host even sent me a message confirming it was sold, only to unsend it minutes later. Completely unprofessional, unreliable, and unacceptable behaviour.
