Google promoted me to review this hobby craft. It's closing down and seems most of stuff has gone. Still a few items for sale between 30 to 70 percents for a few grabbers. Not much else to say!

Despite the website claiming that this store is open until 6.30pm, when we arrived at 3.45pm there was a scrappy handwritten notice in the window saying that the store was closed until 10am the following day. A member of the public told me that the store had been open a few minutes earlier. I know that the store is closing and I understand that staff have to place closing down signs etc but to close in this manner, unannounced, is hardly acceptable. By the way, I did not shout through the plate glass door through a desire to be aggressive but rather the person on the other side appeared not to hear that I had an order waiting in the store for me. An order, I might add that I have already paid for. Before today I would have given this Epping Forest Shopping Park store 4/5*

Such a lovely hobbycraft in Epping forest! My kids love this shop and all decorations always amazing as well as the welcoming staff!

Only my second time here and today I made my first purchase. My general impression is, that for a craft shop - it lacks any excitement and inspiration. The place is so incredibly dull. Clean, neat, tidy, and packed with very well merchandised "stuff"....but my God- the experience is boring. This is all great if you know what you're looking for and doing...but if you're a newbie wanting to start something (anything) from scratch - it very much feels as if you're on your own. On both occasions I've visited I pretty much was; the shop always seems to be devoid of customers. On both occasions I've visited pre-10am though - maybe that's the best time to come? Today, I purchased a blank canvas...and that's exactly what this shop is. It could (and should) - be so much more exciting.

Great for crafting! You can get a variety of arts and crafts from here, even things for gifting! This store always seems quiet when I visit which is great as I prefer it that way. The staff are always busy doing things but are helpful when you need them. This shopping park is generally not too busy and I prefer to come here when I need to visit these shops rather than somewhere nearer to me but busier.

Do like this shop, really big range of cricut products, reasonably priced. Great for kids and adults crafting. 2 floors, tiny lift to second floor for buggy or wheelchair users. Staff helpful. I'm sure they still do teaching days where you can book to learn cricut or other hobbies.

Staff were friendly and helpful. They went over and beyond, the gentleman photocopied a advert I seen on their wall behind the counter for me. And was very informative of special offers they have. I would certainly go again.

Very well stocked, staff helpful and friendly however we do not agree with your company policy whereby certain professions who are paid for doing the profession that they chose being given discounts .

Always stocked with great craft bits. At key times of the year there are good sales and you can grab yourself a good bargain. It has 2 floors of craft supplies, so there is something for everyone. Staff are super helpful if you need any help.
