   There will never be enough “THANK YOU’S” to explain how much Raquel from @pawfectionsbath has changed our lives! She is so much more than a “dog walker”! She honestly makes mine and Bailey’s life better. I still remember the day Raquel took my anxious dog out and put her complete knowledge and trust into him and sent me a video of him frolicking in the fields with other dogs!!Something I never thought I’d see! There were many teary happy voicenotes. From then on, every week Bailey is taken out on the most amazing adventures, exploring woods, rivers and fields alongside his doggy buddies! All whilst I work! I honestly get more updates and photos from Raquel about baileys day than I do about my own children in childcare!! Raquel is reliable, trustworthy and experienced and I sing and dance about @pawfectionsbath to anyone who will listen! Ps- Raquel I’ll continue to apologise for the muddy paws, slobbery tennis balls, Bailey glitter (dog hair) and tail whips!!!

   Raquel and Sharn are so wonderful, we can’t recommend them enough! Our dog absolutely adores going out for walks with them and we love knowing he’s in good hands. They always send photos and videos out on walks so we can see how much fun he’s having. He particularly loves got out with Marla, they make the sweetest duo! Raquel is always great at responding and confirming when we book him in for his walk, and helps us work it around our work. We’re so glad we found Pawfections Bath!

   We could not recommend Pawfections service more! Sharn has looked after our two cats on two occasions when we've left for holiday and we have been totally at ease knowing she was coming along to feed them, spend some time with them and just making sure everything was okay! Sharn goes above and beyond, sending photo and video updates and giving them some treats when she visits! We will for sure be calling her back every time we go away!

   We have been very pleased to be able to trust Sharn to look after our dogs and cats whilst we have been away. She also affectionately calls our dogs 'the bears'. We have a very positive and amicable relationship and communication between ourselves is effective at all times, which includes discussions around our needs and timings needed but also regular updates and photos when we are away. We feel it is reassuring to know that someone is there to check in and keep company to our pets whilst we are not at home. Sharn is also a huge pet lover and our animals definitely feel this connection with her. She gives them plenty of affection, and it is clear that my pets enjoy when she comes round to stay with them. This is definitely the kind of approach that we are looking for when leaving our pets to go on holiday, someone we can trust and who also became part of the pet's environment, with the reassurance that everything is under control! Finally, we always appreciate the little extra things that Sharn does like picking up parcels or cleaning up the cat litter tray. A first rate service in our opinion!

   Fantastic walking service. Raquel treated Snowy as if he was her own and always gives good knowledgeable advice when we asked questions about his care. He absolutely loves her and loves walking with Marla. I highly recommend Pawfections - I couldn't have asked for better people to help walk Snowy.

   Raquel and Sharn have been wonderful, my dog doesn’t like many people, but the fact that he was all over them from day 1, made me feel very comfortable. After a few walks they introduced my very nervous, and introvert dog to one of theirs, and now he’s got a doggie friend. They have taken the time to get to know him, and know what works and what doesn’t work for him. I can’t thank them enough. Overall very pleased.

   Raquel and her team provide a fabulous service which our 3 dogs benefit from. As Raquel was a veterinary nurse she can also help with any issues your pet may have which is really helpful too. Our Labrador Millie was bred from her dog, and she is a joy. Would highly recommend.
