Great groomer my cockapoo didn’t like going first but after a couple time he don’t mind they made him at ease and help him with his anxiety

Top Groom did a great first proper cut on our 6 month old cockapoo puppy Reggie. They were very efficient and friendly and did just as we’d asked in terms of the length of cut. Reasonable price too.
My family have been taking their dogs to Top Groom for as long as I can remember - at least 20 years - and I have carried on the tradition with mine. They are friendly, skilled and very experienced. Cherry on the cake is the little doggy bag of treats (pardon the pun) they give every dog at Christmas. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff and good cuts but the place is not ideal for dogs. It doesn’t look clean. There are too many dogs being cut at one time and because of this, dogs are left to wait/dry in small crates for periods of time which are way too long for the amount of noise and stress that’s going on around them. The noise is SO loud and there are dogs all over the place (up on the counters, the floor, in crates). Almost feels chaotic. Our dog came back so stressed the two times we visited. We’ve now found a much calmer place. If you care about your dog I wouldn’t take them here.
They always do an amazing job of my little toy cockapoo obi and for how he comes out looking feeling and smelling the prices are so so reasonable! Xx
Good evening All,I took my dog Roxy on Tuesday for first appointment couldn’t complain on welcoming us or the service. I did state at the time that I wanted her clipped as short as possible, once on collection she wasn’t cut very short (due to work commitments I didn’t have the time to challenge this). Her hair around the mouth,ears and rear end is very hit and miss in length and cut…..I’m sure this can be corrected on our next visit to you. Overall 9/10 and can’t fault the service it’s just the way we would like her to look, See you in October Thank you ladies…..Roxy xx
