   Bailey has been to julies mucky pups for a couple of years with a few problems. But yesterday 19th Nov our son took him for his 6 week groom when bailey was collected nothing was said but his left front paw was bleeding his nail had been cut above the quick. Tried all day to get an answer left numerous messages. And am going to pursue this Very poor service .and would like a response. I will be in touch once I have chance to get advice ( I have photos of his injury .) And will post then .

   Wouldn’t recommend for anxious or nervous dogs. I can’t comment for a dog who enjoys going to the groomers but my poor dog has come out shaking, cut extremely patchy, bald in some areas and just hasn’t been himself all day. To be charged £63 today for a 45 minute rushed appointment and not any care towards my dog is just upsetting.

   Highly recommend! I went there today with my very anxious dog and Chloe spent a good 30min feeding him treats to desentisize him as he was too scared to go in. We were invited to come as many times as needed so he builds up his courage until he's ready to be tended to. Incredible service and amazing approach to even the most nervous of pups! Thank you ladies!

   Was a little apprehensive to book in with a new groomer as my dog is nearly 9 and always been to the same place, well there was no need to worry!!! Amazing experience, my dog was very happy, she has a great cut and smells lovely! Would highly recommend and will definitely be returning. Mucky pups Chepstow have also done a great job with drop off and pick up whilst adhering to social distancing. Thank you to all the team!
