   I have no words to describe Lottie. My dogs love going to see her and always come back smelling and looking amazing for weeks. But mostly it's knowing that my dogs are pampered and treated as well as I could possibly wish. 5 stars are not enough.

   Lottie and the girls at Elite Grooming Parlour are amazing. They go above and beyond with all our dogs. They are so patient with my pain in the arse dog Winnie who doesn’t enjoy being groomed. Winnie always comes out happy and looking and smelling fabulous. 5 star service

   My 2 poodles always emerge from elite grooming looking and smelling gorgeous most importantly though to me they seem to enjoy the experience when previously they have been reluctant to be left at other groomers as though they were at the vets. My dogs love Lottie and it's clear that she is a huge dog lover and take pride in her grooms. I couldn't recommend Elite grooming enough

   I have been using Elite Grooming for about year now after being recommended by local dog owners around the Downend area. Lottie gave me the best advice with regards to keeping Toby my bichon cross in tip top condition. I would say Toby is a challenging customer but Lottie has won Toby over and does the most amazing job.
