Really quick refund. Lovely cashier. She asked me to sign for my refund. It's not something I do (it's not a legal requirement and also not in their refund policy). She then said, I hope I don't get in trouble for me not signing. I do hope she doesn't, because she did her job and asked.

On one floor. Isles narrow. I'm interested in model railway they don't do anything really for me and are a bit pricey for their other model kits. Parking outside is ok, you park and after shopping pay at one of the machines you only have 2hrs.

Overpriced. Went for some mini pegs. £2.50 for a pack of 50, i got 2 as was desperate for some, so £5. Popped next door to home bargains and the exact same pegs, packaging and quantity for 89p each. So i got 2 and went back to Hobbycraft and got a refund. So expensive.

Went there on Tuesday. Went to look at there model section. And ended up byeing 2 W.W.2 battleships. But best bit was the price. Was not as exspencive as I thought they would be. As had seen these ships at over £100.00 each. But got the 2 for £130.000. Andvthe hulls are around 2ft long. Have another one I'm still finishing of at moment a W.W.2 CORVETTE

I LOVE hobby craft , it's extremely good for Halloween decorations. The prices have been going up- granted everything else has to. They don't have toilets and the upstairs isn't accessible for wheelchair users. It's a nice quiet arty shop with sowing stuff , painting , clay , party stuff , decor and fake plants.

The one star I have given for this review is due to to helpfulness and kindness of all the staff. I visited this store 07/07 it was a lovely sunny day. On entering the store the heat was intense and overpowering. After being in the store a few minutes I was feeling faint from the heat. The staff were so kind and brought me a chair and a glass of water. They chatted to me and I asked why it was so hot in the store and why there were no fans. I was told that the air con had been broken for a couple of years. This is totally unacceptable and I will not step foot in this store again during the summer months. I feel very sorry for all the staff.
