Had the most lovely & seamless experience with Domus Stay from start to finish for my short-term stay. Service: Their reservation specialists were very helpful with finding the perfect property that met all my criteria -- shoutout to Paige in particular, as the units I inquired about weren't available for my travel dates, but she was excellent with helping offer other options, and reaching out to me even weeks later when Domus happened to acquire a new property that perfectly matched what I was looking for. The guest services agents who were my contacts before, during, and after my stay were great as well, being communicative, friendly, and available for any requests/recommendations. The best of being both polished & professional, but definitely also with a warm touch :) Property: Even for their properties at the lower end of the budget, Domus has a guaranteed standard of quality that put my mind at ease. Loved everything about the Notting Hill apartment I stayed at; spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, well-equipped with some fun tech upgrades, wonderfully spacious, and located close to public transit, groceries, shopping, restaurants, cafes, fitness studios, and more. Exactly as pictured in the photos, and it was evidently well taken care of on behalf of the owners. Truly the absolute dream!
We were extremely happy with Domus stay with our first and now second experience with them. The service and attention of the concierge team was always there, the house was as represented in the materials and we just overall really enjoyed our stay. They went above and beyond and I would have no hesitation recommending them or using them again myself.

The attention to detail in both the space and service was impeccable, making our trip truly unforgettable. The team was at our beck and call and they did most of our itinerary , which was very helpful. Traveling with teenagers can be a challenge, but the comfort and space gave them a sense of home, which made all the difference. I've already recommended Domus Stay to friends, and I honestly wish every major city had a service like this. It’s made traveling so much more enjoyable for our family. We can't wait to go back to London and to be hosted by Domus Stay!
