This was a great place to stay for our trip to London. The apartment was clean, modern and well equipped. The location was great, DLR 3 minutes walk away and stunning views of the Isle of Dogs. Really comfortable beds, two bathrooms. The management company were very attentive and we felt very looked after.
We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. It genuinely exceeded our expectations. The location could not be better, just steps from Earl’s Court Station with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The flat was well equipped with everything we needed, and communication with the host was excellent. They responded within minutes and resolved a small check-in confusion right away. We also appreciated the thoughtful details like quality coffee pods and great bathroom amenities. There were only a couple of minor areas to improve. A leak in the master bathroom although the host acted quickly to address it and checked in with us afterward. Also, while the listing mentions four bedrooms, one of them is very small and more suitable for a child. It still worked for us but it is worth noting for future guests. Overall, highly recommended and ideal for a family of four or five, and best suited for up to three friends traveling together.
I stayed at this property in London recently, and honestly, it was perfect. The location couldn’t have been better, we were able to walk to everything, including Oxford Street and Selfridges. The area felt really safe and clean, and there were so many great restaurants, breakfast places, and grocery stores just a few minutes away. It was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of rooms and beds for everyone, we were 9 people. There was a kitchen we could use when needed, very nice & clean, and having four bathrooms made getting ready so easy, especially with a bigger group. Everything was tidy and well looked after. All in all, it was a fantastic stay, and I’d happily recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable spot in London.
Nice, well located appartment with all the nessecary equipement. It is clean and well taken care of. Breakfast restaurants are just around the corner and the glass windows make it spacious. Nearby park is a big plus and the neighbourhood is quiet for it's location. Picture was made from the livingroom.
The apartment is truly beautiful and spotless. Both my husband and I lived in London for many years, and we were expecting the usual standard of cleanliness you often find in English homes — but to our pleasant surprise, everything here was even cleaner and cared for in every detail. It instantly made us feel at home again, in a city that was once our home for a long time. Our stay was truly delightful. The apartment is also remarkably quiet, despite facing Fulham Road, which can be quite busy. The bed is extremely comfortable, and I really appreciated the addition of a walk-in wardrobe area.
City Relay were easy to work with and made my experience very pleasant. I rented a property for a medium stay and had a wonderful time in West London. Akim was particularly helpful and friendly, he did a great job helping my group settle in and answered any questions we had. I would definitely choose to use City Relay in the future.
We had an amazing stay at a flat in London - Battersea. Akim with guest relations made sure everything went smoothly, and was super flexible with timing and made our check-in easy. I had a few questions after check-in and they replied quickly and even provided local recommendations and transport info. Monica and Matilde were helpful as well. The flat itself was beautiful and incredibly well-appointed, especially the kitchen. Everything was brand new and there wasn’t a time we didn’t have something we needed. Very nice, clean, spacious and comfortable place to stay. We had 3 weeks there and we loved every minute of it. Location is also very good and connected to London major destinations via multiple tube lines and buses. Akim from City relay was very helpful and accommodating.
The apartment I rented was in an incredible location, next to St. Mary Le Bon Church and down the street from St. Paul's Cathedral - not to mention a short walk from Shakespeare's Globe Theatre. The staff, particularly Akim, was particularly helpful when I had difficulty getting the door locking app to work during the self check-in. The next time I visit London, I will start my search for a place to stay with City Relay.
I stayed in a flat run by City Relay for 10 days and had a fantastic experience! At one point the smoke alarm needed a battery change, and Akim made sure it was changed quickly and with no disturbance to our vacation plans. The flat was well stocked and very well situated, and it felt comfortable and homey. Communication with the management was always fast and responsive. We will absolutely stay with them again.
