We applied to renting a property with them 2 months ago and after sending our documentation, they started the referencing process. We provided all the requested informations and never failed on providing any accurate information at all. In the middle of the process they refused to proceed with our application and never returned the amount that was paid as a holding deposit. Their attitude was totally unprofessional and improper. We are definitely taking it to court and hopefully get our money back.

Great experience with Mark on a property I purchased from Hawks. Always given quick responses and Mark had a lot of patience to help me through some fairly laborious requests from my mortgage provider on the property. Couldn't recommend more highly
Hawks were incredible with the moving process, in particular Andreas, who made the whole thing very simple and easy. He was very helpful with any questions we had, and was very honest too! I couldn't recommend them enough, always around to help even after moving in, and helped us get a great house in an even better location!
