   Absolutely a car crash of a company. The staff never reply on serious matters Especially if it comes to money. No one answers the phone. Its so filthy the showers and floors. I wasted my Money. The customer service is beyond a night are. The manager AMIR never seems to be around and always in ‘meetings’. Run for dear life if you ever think to join… you will make a huge mistake. I will be reporting this company to safeguarding and THE CEO of heston. Dissapointed. Shame On you heston!

   I honestly don’t know how this place is still running the way it does. Our swimming sessions are constantly cancelled, often at the very last minute, and yet they keep taking payments as if everything is fine. There’s zero communication — no proper notice, no apology, nothing. You’re left completely in the dark, and it’s incredibly frustrating when you’ve planned your day around their schedule. Trying to reach anyone for help is a complete nightmare. They never pick up the phone, and when they do, the staff are unhelpful and sometimes downright rude. There’s no sense of responsibility or customer care at all. You get brushed off like your concerns don’t matter. The management clearly doesn’t care about the people who actually pay to use their facilities. It feels like they’re just taking money and hoping no one complains. It’s beyond disappointing — it’s unacceptable. I’ve been patient and understanding for a long time, but enough is enough. If you’re thinking of joining Heston Pool and Fitness, don’t waste your time or your money. Go somewhere that actually values its customers and provides the service you’re paying for.

   ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! Honestly, this gym is not worth the money. It's far too expensive for what you get. Most of the machines are broken or out of order for weeks (sometimes even months) before they're fixed, and you often have to wait in long queues just to use the basic equipment. For the price they charge, you'd expect everything to be maintained properly but that's not the case. They also don't have enough proper equipment to begin with. Overall, it's really disappointing and doesn't even deserve one star. Save your money and go somewhere else.

   I dont want to give any star..... This morning I had a clash with a Somali lady. The incident began when I politely asked the lady to close the sauna door upon exiting. Later, I observed the same lady using the sauna to dry personal clothing (two towels), which is a clear hygiene violation. When I discreetly pointed this out, the lady became extremely confrontational and aggressive. She began to shout, use abusive language, and issued clear threats of physical violence, specifically stating, "I will show you/slap you," and challenging me to a fight. I immediately pressed the emergency button for my own safety and the safety of others present. The manager, Dorota, responded to the emergency. However, despite witnessing the lady continued aggressive and abusive behaviour, which included her "murmuring" and "severing" in defiance right in front of the manager, no decisive action was taken to remove or sanction her. The manager simply told her to be quiet. Crucially, as soon as Manager Dorota left the area, the aggressive lady immediately resumed her intimidating behaviour and continued to make me feel unsecured. Later, she and another woman came into the steam room, which felt like a deliberate attempt to further intimidate me while I was on my own, forcing me to leave the facility prematurely and feeling genuinely scared. My subsequent attempt to find a manager for assistance was met with the response that both managers were in a meeting deemed "more important than the customer who had fear or scared." This is a complete failure of the duty of care Heston Pool has for its customers. I felt unheard, unsupported, and genuinely unsafe. I wont recommend this gym to anyone. Poor management. anyone who comes to steam sauna, please do help yourself no one will help you if any problem arise. This steam sauna is getting worse and worse and more dirty.

   This place has 2 indoor swimming pools, gym room, fitness room, cycle room, outdoor gym, softplay for kids, cafe, toilets, and changing rooms. Only members can use the facilities (pools, gym/fitness/cycle rooms). Softplay for kids can be booked in advanced or pay as you go. Outdoor gym can be used by anyone, free of charge. Car parks are free after 4.30 pm. Oneday I left a towel in the changing room after swimming, the next day I went there, and told them about it, and they let me search for the towel in the lost and found box (there were many towels in the box), but none of it was mine... so unfortunate...

   While this is in a convenient location and includes gym and swimming, the condition of the facilities deteriorated significantly in recent months. Their membership prices continues to go up however it doesn't appear the additional cost is supplementing maintenance of the facilities. Worst example is how in the swimming pool locker rooms, almost every other locker is broken and has been for months without any repair. If this location is convenient - use it. If not, recommendation is to avoid and find another gym / pool as this is not worth the high fees combined with poor upkeep.

   Poor customer service, never pickup the phone, staffs are always chatting rather then doing what the are meant to do. Equipments everywhere, and old. Lockers are broken, low hygiene level totally not acceptable. Showers are always broken, and steam room breaks in a regular basis. Do not recommend this gym, pool.

   Not a bad place. Lack of urgency to repair equipment, some equipment has been out of order 2 months and steam room for the past 2 weeks. If you try to phone them in the afternoon best of luck if they answer you are very lucky.

   Lack of gym equipment, sometimes area is unhygienic and 2 staff members have repeatedly shown attitude and lack of basic common sense, common curiosity and customer service. Was asked to give feedback, when I gave them feedback I heard nothing back. Staff have their own policy and desecration, one of them mentioned to me "this is my gym" and didn't allow me to collect a kettle bell from the studio and bring it to the gym due to the lack of equipment even though I'm paying almost £40pm. Recommend to go elsewhere.

   The staff are really friendly, and the place is really clean. I don't get why some people complain that it's not spotless 24/7, but keep in mind that not all members there have common sense to clean up after themselves, then times that by loads of other members that do the same, and the cleaners won't be able to keep up obviously. If the members were more respectful and not acting like children, then yes, the place would be always be spotless. Their website is a bit outdated and needs a big update, but that's not to blame on the staff behind the desk, probability to do with the council... So far this is the best gym I've been to, even if they have less equipments than places like Pure Gym or The Gym, it's way less crowded than there and the machines are quality too.
