I am very, very disappointed in Lagoon Pools. Having built my pool several years ago, I have been a loyal customer and used Lagoon Pools to maintain my pool each year since then. Having called them up today to open my pool, they tell me that they no longer want to do business with me due to lack of staff. I asked if they are still maintaining other pools to which the answer was yes.
