The children's swimming lessons are so good but the cleanliness of the pool is awful. Changing rooms covered in hair, the showers are filthy. I really question the security - no one ever on reception! We will keep using for lessons but only because the teacher is so good.
As a parent, I’m really impressed with the swim lessons at this local pool. Becky is wonderful with the little ones—always kind, patient, and encouraging. Today, James, who teaches the Gold group, also stood out for his professionalism and attentiveness. The pool itself has improved a lot—the water temperature is perfect, and the facilities are clean, freshly painted, and well maintained.
Giving this pool five stars for its small, personal and friendly feel. As someone who needs supervision when swimming (epilepsy) the pool feels safe unlike the busy ones. Changing rooms need renovation and would benefit from having private shower/changing cubicles as in New Barnet.
It was my first time here. Went for a morning swim. Very friendly staff and helpful, everything clean. Very relaxed atmosphere. Enough space to swim. Everyone minds their space and it is not too busy. So I booked straight away another swim. The only thing is the showers & lockers are a little outdated. But so far a pleasant experience. Happy to have this facility in our area.
Swim weekly at this pool. Since being taken over by Better in January 2024, the staff, upkeep and management of the pool has really improved. There are more times to swim, the pool is a good temperature, and the facilities during the day are very clean and tidy. Changing rooms recently repainted and repairs always taking place, which is very different to previous management by Fusion. The staff are friendly and reliable, and there’s a community of regulars. It’s an old pool but very welcoming and suits me perfectly. My child also has swimming lessons here and it’s a delight seeing her progress from a splashy mess to a decent back-crawl in nine months - the changing room is dirtier during evening lessons but that’s because parents/carers and children leave their shoes on.
Its not really a swimming pool to go in for a swim. Its more like a swimming school they way its been operated in the recent years. Teachers are great. Facilities are very dated and inadequate. Really needs an overhaul.
Don't waste your money arnos grove pool Fusion as a company are really awful. I have been emailing the boss, email continually bounce back. The only way to stop your payment is cancel your direct debt,then suddenly you will receive their email
After reading SO MANY BAD REVIEWS on Arnos Pool I won't be joining everyone has the right to swim /shower in a clean and hygienic environment your website is a joke you simply can't book and no price list is visible for you to see Fusion needs to step up you owe it to your hard working tax paying Enfield residents even trying to stay fit and healthy is made hard by you! Cheaper to go jogging
I been waiting 3 months for getting my refund back so bad customer service no one actually helping you. No response on emails also phone to ask questions such as opening time less staff members poor communication and management communication very very poor. I share experience which the organization is not organise at all. In general the organization needs lots of improvement
Dirty water, dirty grounds, dirty bathrooms & toilets & changing stable. Cold environment due to doors being kept open constantly. Infections are everywhere in this pool their licence should be cancelled to operate!
