the gym is ok, you can fit in a great workout, plenty of different machines, but it's the other things that make this gym questionable. The main reason for cancelling my memberships is because of the staff. Particularly one of the front desk ladies, she had short blond hair and honestly she is just rudeee. One time when I was coming in to do a workout, and I always have problems scanning myself through the gates, because it's so complicated, she said 'this happens every time you come here then once when I tried to scan it through it still wasn't working so as a gate opened I just walked through it because honestly I'm not going to spend hours trying to just get into the gym, as I walked through, I had my headphones on so I couldn't hear her so she walked up to me and yanked me back by my backpack handle, she wasn't being rough but did it with enough force, who does she think she is doing that honestly, and it's not just me, I've seen her be rude with others. Absolutely disgusting behaviour!!! Firstly the gym floor is always a little bit dirty, as well as the machines, and dumbbells all in the wrong places on the wrack, and sometimes some of them are missing. The upstairs changing room floor is always soaking wet and water everywhere, I understand that it's because of the leaks but just fix them tbh. This gym also needs more cleaners to come into the changing rooms to help flush toilets cause clearly some grown women can't and I'm sorry but its disgusting, not really what you want to see when you walk into a changing room. Also would be nice that people get rid of the pieces of hair they leave by the hairdryer area on the 1st women's changing room. Also you have to pay for the sauna and steam room, £13 per hour, for something you're only going to use for about 10 mins LOL Overall the gym is ok, but trust me, there's much better places, and that's where I'll be going!!!

I use this gym for couple of years and although it has its challenges has served me well so far. Has got everything you need in a gym and overall offer good prices for membership. Now has also a soft play for kids and a caffetteria which is not cheap but can be useful at times. Cleanliness is not the best and every now and then something breaks down. Most of classes are always full so booking is necessary which can be annoying.

It’s a great centre. The amenities are commendable. It is a perfect weekend space for family and kids. The best part was that the showers and changing rooms were clean. Too clean honestly. The sauna and steam is great too. Just the steam room was a bit smelly, perhaps because it was a weekend. But I am not sure, it was my first time there. But overall, really enjoyed my time there.

Great leisure centre. In the 3 years I’ve been a member they have vastly improved the gym. Please continue to introduce new equipment and expand the gym size where possible. The gym is clean but there is poor etiquette when it comes to cleaning equipment after use and returning dumbbells correctly. The sauna area is big but I personally wouldn’t use it as it’s been unhygienic and chaotic the few times that I have.

Nice sports centre. The sports hall is in the basement, and the water foundation is in the gym on the 1st floor. Walls of the sports hall are mostly grey, with one side with white bits and windows and a bit hard to see the shuttle. The ceiling is white as well.

Spacious and fully featured (gym, 25m pool, lots of exercise classes, large basketball court) with plenty of equipment and room. It's publicly funded, so that means issues like the climbing wall being out of commission (was third party-run, that 3rd party collapsed during pandemic - does anybody know a company that would like to operate and manage a big, indoor climbing facility in North London? Really!) but that considered, a wonderful and economical place to get your fitness on (45GBP/month) very convenient to Swiss Cottage Tube.

Facilities good and reasonably affordable. Staff are helpful. However, the facilities are aging and probably needs a centre wide refurbishment in the not too distant future.

I recommend this place. It is spacious. Good exercise equipment. The staff are helpful and friendly. It has a great swimming pool. In short, a good place
