I really didn't like that there were no shoe covers to put on street shoes. Small children walk around the pool barefoot and all the adults walk around in street shoes. Complete lack of basic hygiene!!!
Too cold inside. Recent redesign extremely disappointing and not fit for purpose as the changing rooms are too small, badly designed layout with not enough room to walk past making it dangerous. Showers were cold too.

Haven't used the gym. But the swimming pool is brilliant, great size and kept at a really nice temperature. Also not long just done up.
After a great refurbishment 2 months ago the pool is unbelievably filthy. You can see plenty of dirt on the bottom, white parts floating, and find anything in water from plasters, hair to bugs. The same bands, labels, pins, plasters for weeks lying in the same spots.
The pool is often too cold. Feels like they're trying to save a few pennies because sometimes the temperature is good. Occasionally but more often it's too cold to get in to. Management have been advised and still nothing is done
Staff are very good and the quality of the lessons are great. Swimming pool very dated, which have been the same for the last 30 years. The changing facilities are terrible. Not enough family change facilities, and those that are present are tiny. During times where children lessons are running there are not enough changing rooms. .
