   2 hours before closing the cleaners are mopping everywhere leaving all floors very wet & slippery. Even though i'm training on a mat they tell me to move so they can mop underneath! They hung the mats over several of the equipment making it impossible to use things. I'M PAYING £60 A MONTH FOR THIS JOKE

   The place is very good, the facilities in the swimming pool have improved from being quite good already. Memberships and courses organisation is chaotic, different members of the. staff give different pieces of advice and some of them very nice and helpful others very condescending.

   Expensive for what it is. I joined at around £30 pm and now, 6 ish months later, it’s £43.99! For £43.99 you get an over crowded gym, 3 cable machine to share, no floor space for smaller weights, stinky changing rooms, dirty equipment & training floor with minimal antibacterial spray and tissue paper available to wipe down equipment, horribly loud music and no air conditioning. The swimming pool seems to always be closed and I’ve never seen the cafe open which is annoying when you forget your water bottle and no paper cups are provided for the water fountain. Staff have been friendly however one time my direct debit bounced and they asked me to pay the £30 joining fee again! - i received no emails letting me know prior this was an issue.

   The gym at Dulwich Leisure Centre is consistently overcrowded, making it difficult to train effectively. The toilets and changing areas are often unclean and poorly maintained. On top of that, I experienced dismissive and unprofessional behaviour from staff, which made the environment feel unwelcoming. I’ve since cancelled my membership and wouldn’t recommend it.

   Best gym in the area. Absolutely spoilt for choice with classes and the refurbishment and all new equipment in the gym makes it an outstanding place to train. Manager Adrian and all the lovely staff are really helpful with info and PT sessions. Adrian is a brilliant boxing coach I have loved the new Box12 classes too. The gym is great for everyone between beginners or expert body builders. There’s such a mix of abilities and bodies at the gym I love it.

   Pretty poor gym. It's very small and the range of equipment is very limited, so you often have to wait around to use things. The classes are good fun but it's near impossible to book them unless you pay £10 a month extra to get priority booking. I cancelled my membership after 2 months and I won't be returning.

   Have been there twice and at check-in (single entry) we had to wait quite long to show the booking. There were 4 staff members (3 standing around and chatting and one on the phone with a lollipop in her mouth). Very unfriendly.. The 5th staff then came to check us in.. At the times we visited the gym, it was usually very crowded and most of the machines/benches were occupied. So a lot of waiting times. Weights are not returned, no towels used, rather old equipment. Would not recommend this gym

   Decent gym with good variety of free weights and machines. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are however a few machines which are out of order and don't seem to be getting fixed anytime soon. General maintenance of the gym could be a lot better.

   Not sure why, but I was denied a subscription because I didn't have an English bank account (here on vacation). And having to pay £10 everytime I come in seems a bit much. Nice gym but if you're a traveler I guess they don't want you here.
