Just a basic pool (and an outdoor pool in the summer). Pool always seems fairly clean and not too busy, which is good. There is a small cafe by the front desk. My only real issue is paying for parking, which you don't if you go to Larkfield pool which is part of the same group of pools.

Very nice facilities and the pools were of a good size/depth, good for families. My only criticism is the pools were SO COLD. I couldn't stand it and we couldn't stay for the whole session (which I think is a bit pricey, even more so in cold water!) turn up the temp please!

When we arrived we had to book a slot and come back after about 45 minutes wait they should do an online booking like they used to,it was very overcrowded and you either have to pick indoors or outdoors and can't use both which is ridiculous. They showers were so hot even us adults had trouble let alone my young kids. The staff were friendly and also it was relatively clean.

Great amenities for a local pool. However, the shower in the disabled changing room is far too hot (not sure about the main ones?) - scalp had blisters the following day as had no choice but to try and wash my shampoo out... still sore a week later. (and I don't have a sensitive scalp).

This is a fantastic facility with great amenities, and I’ve really enjoyed being a member for nearly two years. However, there are a couple of issues that unfortunately let it down. Firstly, some of the reception staff can be a bit unfriendly, especially if you’ve forgotten your band. Considering how long I’ve been a member, I think it would be more helpful if they looked me up in the system and provided a temporary band rather than making it difficult. I’m not sure why that isn’t an option. Secondly, the smell in the changing rooms really needs to be addressed. As another reviewer mentioned, there’s often a strong odour – like a nappy smell. It might be due to bins not being changed often enough or the drains needing a proper clean. Also, half the changing rooms are often closed, which doesn’t help. The tiling in the changing area also needs more regular cleaning – I’ve noticed quite a few fruit flies and general grime building up. That said, the spa is fantastic, the outdoor pool is great, and the majority of the staff are very, very friendly. With a few improvements, this place could easily be five stars. the overall manager is friendly gentleman unfortunately I have to say one or a couple of Duty managers are slightly unfriendly they have there click and it’s limited ,after all we are the paying customer. The lifeguards are great and the café staff are lovely.

Great facilities, well run. The cost is slightly expensive these days but considering the cost of energy this is understandable. I would continue to support to ensure places such as this can remain open and accessible to the public.

Great pool can get busy at times and you can never tell when the busy times are unfortunately. Lovely spar with sauna, steam room, jacuzzi fully recommended

First visit this weekend, The pools were great, it’s such a lovely place to swim. On the positive side that’s about it. Staff looked disinterested, only two showers available for families ( imagine how many families visit) and both were completely busted. I tried calling to amend my booking on the day as I had no internet but after 70 attempts I just gave up. How can staff just ignore the phones? If you don’t have sufficient means to answer the phone don’t have one!

Very pleasant place to swim, nice facilities and my son loves it but once you’ve booked if there’s a problem and you need to talk to someone it is impossible to reach them on the phone. You will need to drive to the venue just to ask a question. Very frustrating.

Great place. Great staff. Had a talk at length with one of the life guards for non swimmers advice. She advised about the shallow end rules and about swimming lessons. Indoor pool was only avaliable due to hot weather meaning the outdoor pool was fully booked. Online booking was simple and hassle free. Good parking around the venue.
