I come for the instructors music!!! Michelle, Chanel, and Mikey are local community DJs who make music worth any work out they throw our way. Maria Elena is an incredibly talented teacher who has very deep kinetic intelligence. Heard the music might be changing ? I’d leave !

Women’s only gym that is big with good variety of equipment. Access straight into changing room and showers. again very spacious. One thing I would like to say is that I think all the changing rooms, shower rooms and toilets need to either be updated or refurbished to better the quality. On the weekends and on a Monday I take my children to their swimming classes and the cubicles smell awful. I mean most of the time it is well maintained but of course very outdated and especially with the traffic of people I understand that this is bound to happen. Perhaps there is a need for more maintenance staff during busier periods busy days. The staff are really nice.

I took my boy for the soft play session and he loved it, he didn’t want to leave, I wish I knew about this soft play earlier as it’s local & affordable price. There’s so much to keep little ones entertained.

The gym is a total mess - dumbbells and plates left everywhere. The gym is not tidied overnight / in the morning, so there is no incentive for users to keep it organised. There are regularly tissues and bottles left about. I’m not sure this place would pass a health and safety inspection. All the attached photos were taken on a Saturday / Sunday morning at opening time.

Quite the mixed bag here. The gym users can be very unfriendly. The showers need a good cleaning. Those using the changing rooms seem to only know how to do so by roaring at each other. Often the equipment is broken for weeks and it is never ever cleaned. Make sure you have your noise cancelling headphones at all times. No one seems to know how to put their weights back after use and they discard tissue paper literally everywhere. After school hours, the place turns into a kids playground. The WiFi works at the very front of the gym only. Very few of the lockers work and when you bring this to the staff's attention, they ignore it.

The pitch is encircled by a running track, so the stand is set back. Only cold snacks are available from a machine, but not full, very limited choice.

I booked a Sauna session which I was really excited about, however, I was very displeased with the sauna facilities. I am certain that if health and safety inspections were performed this place would fail! Apparently this place doesn’t have inspections. I didn’t know jacuzzi’s were cold? My eyes were irritated as it appears that they have added too much chlorine in the jacuzzi. There are no proper drains or could be that the drains are blocked. The floor around the jacuzzi area was flooded. There is a stench in the steam room, I couldn’t stay in there for long as the smell was overwhelming. Luckily someone had brought their own essential oil and added some drops to the steam room heater, that helped to mask the smell a little. Changing room facilities are filthy! I felt like gagging whilst changing in there. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

Been playing football here for years and have always enjoyed myself. Many pitches available for booking that suit all kinds of matches or training. The pitch sizes cater to 5, 7 and 8 a side needs and are always in good condition considering how much they are used daily. Have never been a member of the gym so cannot comment on the facilities or the swimming pool. However prior to Covid, I would regularly use the bathroom and changing room and was always pleased by the condition that they were kept in (again owing to the volume of visitors this place welcomes on a daily basis).

Gym area after refurbishment is quite big. Lots of new equipment, machines, punch bag. 5-6 folding benches 1 flat weight bench, frame, dunbrells up to 100kg. New treadmill machines bikes rowing machines. Can be busy at peak times but 30£ per month is best value for money in e3. Very handy self service machines not need to queue at reception
