I haven't been to this Cinema since 2019 & I can say the improvements are astonishing 3 years later. This has moved from broken chairs, musty smells & a few sweets with popcorn to comfortable leather electric reclining chairs, very clean smells & a restaurant with a Costa Coffee. Well improved & will be my default cinema once more.

Amazing cinema especially if you have the limitless subscription. The popcorn and drinks are quite overpriced in my opinion as you can spend up to £20 just for one person. In regards to the staff, well let's just say most of them don't really care about what happens which resulted in people who didn't pay entering the movie we was watching and they was just loud and constantly taking pictures with flash during the whole film. In regards with professionalism they staff don't have it as I have experienced multiple arguments between staff members as they can't agree between eachother which puts us in an awkward position. The parking is free which is an upside, but being honest there is no point coming here if you aren't going to get the limitless subscription.

Not enough people serving at the popcorn counter. Waited 25 minutes to be served. None of the other staff available could or would help. The staff that was added to serve was sultry and arrogant. Thankfully we were given a full refund, and left. This was to be our first movie experience in 3 years, so disappointed. I would advise taking your nibbles, avoid the popcorn counter. I do hope management is able to address this.

Wonderful cinema experience, great reclining seats with ray for food and drink. Plenty of room in front and either side so people can pass without you having to get up off your seat. However service at the counter for snacks was really poor and incredibly slow. There were at least 8 staff working but only 2 tills were open. We queued up for 20mins for some snacks - this was for a Monday 5pm screening. We nearly missed the start of the Bond film. Very annoyed about that.

Great local cinema. Add surround sound, faux leather, reclining seats and competitive pricing and you've got yourself a winner. Like all cinemas confectionary/sundries are pricier than one would like but that's all part of the cinema experience!

Brilliant love the new chairs. Toilets let it down. Not very clean

So close to London by canal on the bike. Stamford Hill where many orthodox Jews live wearing clothes from another time. Good luck to them
