   Aquaswim have just completed a full renovation of our pool. The liner - also done by Aquaswim lasted over 20 years and was in desperate need of replacement. The work included concrete and aluminium to the base and sides, steps, new thick liner and renovation of the coping stones around the pool. John is a pleasure to work with and his advice helped us so much.The prices are competitive and the communication by returning phone calls and email was excellent. Mark took care of the work. Mark is a gentleman - and worked so hard to make sure that we did not lose the summer season. Mark's work is meticulous and he was so approachable and understanding of our needs. It is a pleasure to work with such a pleasant and friendly company who also give you peace of mind. I will certainly continue to work with Aquaswim and I highly recommend them.

2. Bluebox exterior cleaning services bucks uk ★☆☆☆☆

   Was told by the lady on the phone they open at 9am. I got there the next morning and no one turned up till 9.45 so missed my first appointment. 3 days later I get there for 1.15 Sign on door saying back at 2.15 they arrived at 2.30 and wasted my time again(they also didn't have the product I came for. All in all a very shoddy outfit never to return.

   Don't bother with this company. If you need work done on your pool they will make appointments however will not turn up for the appointment. When you enquire why they haven't turned up they will make excuses.

   I called to book a service appointment with this company. They said someone would call on the day. I waited around most the day and no one either turned up nor called. I had to follow up to which their response was their engineer had a emergency and they were supposed to call. They rebooked me 2 weeks later. Someone again was meant to call on the day which they didn’t and then when they did they were here for all of 5 minutes and left without saying and didn’t turn up again on the day. I called to ask the company what was going on and they said they would chase up with the engineer and call back to which AGAIN they did not call back. Poor show of service especially to a new customer.
