   Really friendly and helpful people. We turned up out of the blue in our motorhome and with a 'mysterious' inverter related electrical fault. They were very quickly able to diagnose it to a fault in the inverter itself and as it was not long out of warranty I decided that I would give the manufacturer the chance to resolve it first. However, if we need to get a new inverter fitted I would not hesitate to go back to North Road Caravan and Motorhome to ask if they would fit it for us. Edit; 26/06/25 We returned to NRCM for them to fit the exchanged inverter. They did a cracking job, wasting no time at all and at a very reasonable price. These guys deserve your business! Although they probably won't forgive me for saying that as they are always crazy busy!

   Dan and Tristan are just what you're looking for, if you're looking for honest guys who know their stuff and won't rip you off. I had a nightmare of a roof leak that took three goes to fix. They could easily have charged me a lot more and ripped me off (I had no idea what the best solution was), but they didn't. Calm and patient when I didn't really understand what was for the best, and they fixed a few extra bits for me whilst at it. Thank goodness for honest experts like this.

   We had our caravan fully serviced here and the overall service received was brilliant. I dealt with Dan who was very friendly and helpful, plenty of knowledge and advice which was really helpful for me. The service was carried out and advisory's sorted by Dan keeping in regular contact. Prices were fair and I will be using North Road caravans for the foreseeable future.
