   I've used Sam for years to service my gas combi boiler. He's always done a great job, prompt, tidy, and for a reasonable fee. He is very knowledgeable and I'm grateful for his expertise. I recently moved home and he was able to help me fix an issue with the boiler in the new property over whatsapp on a Saturday. Legend. Would highly recommend him!

   Or boiler broke down and Sam came to diagnose the problem at a short notice. One of the parts had to be ordered in but Sam returned as soon as possible to fix the issue and he was very thorough and took great care in replacing the damaged parts, and then thoroughly checking for leaks to make sure everything worked properly. Sam is very knowledgeable and took time to explain the issue to us in detail, as well as answering other questions we had. He is very tidy, professional, efficient, reliable and easy to work with. Outstanding service. We will call Sam the next time our boiler needs a service and we'd highly recommend him to anyone. Thank you Sam!

   I had an outstanding service from Sam recently. I had a full strip down service following a few years of boiler neglect on my part. Sam found water where water certainly should not have been and my boiler was not far from breaking down. Sam spent a great deal of time diagnosing the problem, careful to protect key parts and very much went the extra mile being on the phone direct to Worcester Bosch to help me manage the warranty on the individual boiler components. I'm a very happy customer at the end and will always be coming back to Sam. Highly recommend.

   We’ve worked with lots of tradesman over the last 5 years of renovations and Sam is by far one of the best we have worked with! We had a significant gas leak in a tricky spot to get to and Sam has been great - professional, friendly, efficient and works to a very high standard. He squeezed us in to his diary at very short notice which we are very thankful for, and the gas leak has completely gone. We look forward to working with Sam again for our boiler service.
