   First of all, I received a parking fine despite correctly entering my vehicle registration number and following all the parking instructions. This points to poor management and lack of coordination with their parking system, which caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. On top of that, the facilities were not hygienic. The changing areas and overall environment did not appear to be properly cleaned or maintained, which is unacceptable for a swimming centre where cleanliness is essential. Overall, this was a frustrating experience due to poor management and unsanitary conditions. I would not recommend this centre unless these issues are addressed.

   Great swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff, welcoming, fantastic facilities. My son and I really enjoyed swimming there and definitely will visit again.

   the pool left a disgusting impression. I do not recommend anyone to waste their money and time visiting this establishment. Sanitary norms are clearly not observed, the staff is incompetent, and the general condition of the pool leaves much to be desired. It is better to find another place for swimming and recreation.

   I took my daughter for family swim session. The water was warm, which was the only good thing. The changing rooms were disgusting!!! No lockers had to put things in a shopping basket. Everything was dirty and dark. Definitely will not be returning.

   Functional leisure centre - is a bit less known about so sometimes easier to book slots for badminton. Plenty of changing rooms despite the leisure centre being a bit smaller than other places. Staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was decent - free for your time there. Car park is a little small so you might struggle on busy days.

   I'm not happy giving a bad review ,but this is not our first time of same issues. How disgusting the disabled changing room it is. Smells like urination each time we come in and each time we stepping in a lots of water in that changingroom.We kindly asked manager(lady)if she can do something about it because we can't use any other room and every time we get in we feel really sick and scared to even use hoist and bed because of hairs and powder everywhere on bed.When we get back to the room there was nothing done!.Only they used a bit of air freshener! Water on the floor and nappy bin(full of used nappies)still was there. We are coming to Aspire for many years and this was never that bad how it is now last couple of months. Can someone do something about it please!!We believe this room needs to be checked and cleaned more often.!!Really disappointed and sad

   Absolutely amazing place. the service was really fast/ the pool was clean and well organised. the changing room as clean and tidy. but my favourite part of it all was the cafe. The service was so kind and helpful the variate of food was amazing and really tasty. with hot and cold drinks and hot and cold food. there were also tasty desserts. would go again.

   I love this place. The pool water is warm, the staff are super friendly and the swimschool is really good. I started bringing my firstborn here for her mother baby swim 13 years ago now! And we all still come here to swim regularly. Nice shallow parts and you can stand in the deep end. We just love it here.

   I witnessed a young girl encounter an Islamophobic verbal attack today. A grown lady accompanied by her grandson was standing in the changing area and in the cubicle opposite to her was the girl. Once she’d come out of the cubicle this lady turned to her and started shouting hatefully and aggressively under the pretence that another person’s child had pulled a face at her grandson. Regardless of whether or not the girl had pulled a face, shouting at a child as a grown woman is never acceptable. It seemed like she believed that the girl was alone, which makes the incident even more disgusting. Once seemingly the girl’s mother had realised what the focus of her anger she got involved to defend her, then the woman began to get up in her face and began to shout at her too. Her entire demeanour changed once she was asked whether her inexcusable behaviour was due to the child wearing a headscarf. No staff intervened and I do not believe anyone spoke to the lady in question even though she provoked the confrontation. I have been a regular here but this incident has put me off attending this Aspire indefinitely.

   Swimming pool is warmer than other pools in the area and not too busy. The sports halls are large and everywhere is accessible. Good staff, good facilities, large parking, not overbooked.
