   If only all IT repair shops were this brilliant. Outstanding service. Honest as the day is long. Just genuinely helpful nice people to deal with. Mark could not have been more helpful if he tried. He made my insurance claim so incredibly simple, it removed pretty much all the stress that can sometimes be caused by insurance companies. Thank you so much Mark - absolute star!

   I was pointed in the direction of Everything IT by my University when my laptop was having hardware issues and they were unable to help. After a brief but incredibly useful call with Mark, he was able to point me in the direction of a few good laptop replacements as well as giving me advice about how I could potentially repair my current laptop. This advice worked! Thank you to Mark for taking the time to help me for absolutely no cost! I highly recommend Everything IT and can safely say I have found my go-to IT support for the rest of my time in Bath :)

   Crikey, I was overwhelmed with fantastic support earlier today from Mark for good frank and honest advice on whether or not to update my storage. I took up quite a lot of his time and he actually talked me out of going ahead, rather than to consider working with what I've got and in the not-too-distant future purchasing a new lap top. It's not often you get treated in such a courteous and friendly manner particularly when there was nothing financially to be gained for the company. "Bravo Mark"!    UPDATE: I thought that I'd update things on this Company as we've been using them for around 3 years now and they continue to be superb. My daughter and I were just saying today that IT can be such a stressful thing but Martin, Tom, Nat (and Mark) are just calm and collected (well except Mark) in a crisis. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with and I would still highly recommend them. Superb company to deal with. This is now the third IT support company we have used over the 20 years we have been in business and BY FAR the best! Mark is PURE entertainment personified (only joshing Mark ;)) We looked online at several companies and went by the reviews. Having spoken with three Everything IT came out on top. Honest and truthful in all their dealings with us. Highly recommended

   Absolutely fantastic service. Brought back to life a lap top for my mother in no time at all! I was given an update and report so that I could understand what happened and they told me how to maintain the laptop without running into the same problems again. Exceptional service and great value for money. The team is also incredibly friendly and professional and were adamant that My mother should call them straight away if she gets stuck, and they will help her with even the smallest of queries. Brilliant, 100% recommend them all!
