   Could not have had a better experience than I had with fixing my PC at Modbits, Andre was very helpful and accomodating, taking the time to explore different options and fixs for the PC, holding onto it on my behalf as I was slowly bringing in new parts. So nice to be able to enter a store and talk to the person that will be working on your PC and knowing it's someone that's very capable. He even bought parts of the PC that I wouldn't use anymore off of me, genuinely could not recommend this place more to anyone in need of help with their laptops or PCs.

   Andre is great to chat to and is an extremely knowledgeable guy. I took my graphics card in as I wanted to check if it had died or if it was repairable. He took the time to properly test my graphics card and did not charge me for the assessment as it was deemed unrepairable compared to buying a new one. I'm extremely grateful for the generosity, especially as a PhD student in Bath. It was nice to be able to visit a shop in-person and have everything explained clearly. I would recommend anyone who has any tech repairs to go visit modbits :)

   I found Modbits online, got in touch and took my latpop in. Andre was thorough and his knowledge is exceptional. I'm really happy with the work Andre did to get my laptop back up and running but it wasn't just the work - Andre made the whole process very clear and accessible to someone with very limited knowledge, all with a very friendly manner. Although I hope that my laptop won't have any more issues, I would definitely go back and will recommend Andre to family and friends :-)
