   Mark upgraded my laptop to Windows 11 when a city centre firm advised me it wasn't possible; stating my laptop was too old and that the only option was to buy a new one, and of course, they could advise me what to buy and set it up - for a prohibitive fee! I'm not very tech-savvy, but on searching found there were legal ways to update to Windows. I was relieved to find Mark and he did the upgrade even though I presented some problems through not being able to recall a number of passwords! He did this work for a modest fee. I needed to return the laptop for him to deal with some glitches which he fixed, but didn't charge me for! Thanks Mark - great service!

   Having been told that replacement screens for my all in one C24 were not available Mark came to the rescue. He obtained a replacement refurbished or secondhand screen fitted it and gave me a 6 month warranty all at a reasonable cost and quickly.

   Fast turnaround, and delivered a fix that stuck! At the beginning of this year my Laptop (which I use to work from home) started making a huge racket, the fan needed replacing. So I sent it off to be repaired by the manufacturer. I got it back 2 months later with a bill of over £100. Not six months later it started making the same noise. Instead of sending it away for another few months I looked for another option. I got in touch with Cosmic Computers, and they quickly diagnosed the issue (it turns out the original repairs didn't even replace the fan, so I'm not sure what the bill was for), the only wait I had was for the new part to arrive, and then it was quickly resolved. Not to mention the pricing was very reasonable. I can't recommend enough. If you're deciding where to go for repairs, this is a great and reliable option, even if you are under warranty elsewhere. Its been a couple of months since I got my repairs and it is still working like a dream. Thanks again, and sorry this review is so late!
