   In the last 3 days you switched off the heating in the gym therefor I got cold, I thought maybe the steam room will help, but the steam room doesnt work for a months, its really upsetting. Never mind I cant go anyways because someone stole my stuff from the locker again!(ok its my bad I forgot to close the locker) Terrible experience! I could mentioned several other issues as well but I think better if I quit from Better! The only good think I can tell you is some of your stuff are really helpful ,kind and caring like Maryam, Kurt, Bismark and Haider and few other! For them big thanks and respect!

   Unfortunately, what I have to say about this place is not good… every time you go in the sauna is not working… people walking bare foot and into the pool.. poool overcrowded…and not mention Hygiene in the showers… even worst -smells of piss.. period pads on the floor not to mention …wifi not working and the place is bad to get own connection can not listen to music…definitely not extending my membership I believe this place can do better.And im not a person to ever write bad reviews but is just disgusting… Only good thing I can mention is the gym facilities.

   Had a poor experience with this leisure center swimming program. Highly not recommend to any parents to put their kids here to learn swimming as it's waste of both time and money. The swimming management has no accountability of the course they offer with Lack of training structure and too often changes to swimming coach which affect the growth of students. Also no one takes things seriously when highlighted rather will shift the blame at the students. Spent almost year but absolutely no growth in the child in learning swimming.

   I've been working out at this gym for several months now, and I absolutely love it! The fitness classes are not only challenging but also super fun and engaging. All of the instructors (especially Kurt and Ash) are incredibly friendly, supportive, and motivating. I’ve seen a noticeable change in my fitness level and overall confidence since joining, and I look forward to every class. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a welcoming place to get in shape!

   Absolutely amazing place. the service was really fast/ the pool was clean and well organised. the changing room as clean and tidy. but my favourite part of it all was the cafe. The service was so kind and helpful the variate of food was amazing and really tasty. would go again.

   Cardio room is too stuffy and always humid, it’s horrible to workout in. It makes my hair frizzy. Even walking on the treadmill I had to leave because I was getting out of breath. Not open 24 hours like the other nearby gym. There are barely any classes. The sauna and swimming pool have been closed for about a year and still have no confirmed open day. Changing rooms are clean and I like not having to bring a lock when I go to the gym but that’s just about it. The machines used are very modern too and better than other gyms I have gone to.

   The showers in the male changing areas do not work apart from just ONE. Please fix this asap and also let all members know when the swimming/steam room and sauna will be open.

   I was a member, I preferred it over the other local gyms as it was clean and I noticed that people cleaned after themselves. I haven't given it 5 stars as the gym classes were somewhat lacking, as there were few and the swimming pool was closed.

   It’s been out of order since 2 weeks now without repair, very small gym and already missing many equipments and get crowded quickly, you will do queuing more then you exercise, they close early at 10pm including swimming pool and sauna, I’m forced to come here until I move elsewhere!
