   PARENTS BEWARE! After taking my child for a trial lesson, I received an email from Pilar from SwimFarm that compared and made inappropriate assumptions about my child’s neurodevelopment. She was salty because I chose to use a different swim school. The email was completely unnecessary, we had no conversation and at no point did I tell her I was going to use Club SS. I have shared it on many parent groups and many people have been urging me to leave a review. The pool is not a regular swim pool and unrealistic, changing rooms were dirty and there was no consent or warning before she took pictures and had the cheek to try and tell me how to discipline my child who was trying to mess about. Pilar did not know how to manage the situation and I tried to help as I know my own child. Then contacted Club SS to seek advice thinking that I was returning. She will no doubt try to defend herself and try to save herself from embarrassment but I have no reason to post this other than to warn others that she may be wearing two faces when speaking to you. I would advise checking SEN SWIM its a brilliant swim school, they have a variation of pools at different locations and the manager is the most supportive and welcoming person you will meet. I have removed my child’s name for protection (GDPR) but the content and wording has not been edited. Sign up at your own risk! Disgraceful for someone running a business to speak about a defenceless child in this way although they do say ignorance comes in many different forms.

   A small pool but perfect for anyone looking to get more confident at swimming. Instructor was fantastic and very useful for an 8 year old looking to get better at backstroke. Windows in separate room to watch the lesson from.

   I met Ian today for the first time and I was enthralled to listen to his wide breadth of expertise and experience. Very happy to hear he teaches beginners as well as those who swum the English Channel, and entered for the Olympics, fascinating, can't wait to get started, its the first time since I was at school that I've been so excited to further my ability to improve my swimming. Thank you Ian you are an inspiration.

   Swim Farm is an absolutely first class training facility, with top ex-olympic team coaches. I can't recommend them enough, they've helped me improve my race times dramatically and my swimming technique has improved no end.

   This a review of swim farm, not that I got past the process of trying to book some sessions. This was because I could only do a session from 4.00 on Fridays, I did not mind how far ahead this was booked, but was told it was not possible, as they were to booked up. Well I hope they stay busy if potential clients are turned away so easily!!!
