   Fantastic service today from Jason. Currently on holiday from Scotland and brakes started to make a noise. Jason worked to fit me in so car could be fixed quickly before travelling home, and for a very good price (unlike the other garages I called) Many thanks to Jason for sorting me out and getting back on the road again (and saving holiday)

   First time I've used JP and will not be the last! Having had a few issues with the van, it was curbside and I was in no position to be able to get it to a garage. A quick call to JP, it was arranged for him to come and pick it up. Little did I know how, but with a well equipped trailer he made light work loading it up and taking it away. I had an idea of what the issue was, but left it to JP's expertise in advising what actually was required. Within a few days, the issue was sorted and I was back up and running with a new alternator & radiator having noted a hole and leaking coolant. So impressed with the service and communication from Jason, I booked the van in for a much needed full service. Again he went above and beyond the remit of a service and gave it a very good going over! As a result, new shocks were required which should have been a simple replacement. Unfortunately sourcing the correct shocks proved a little tricky, with them having to come from Germany as AM parts weren't suitable. Jason went above and beyond once again to keep me informed and to track down the right parts, even keeping the old to show me the issue and the 'duff' AM parts to explain why they wouldn't fit. I will be using JP's services going forward for my other cars, left very impressed!

   We originally found Jason many years ago, via an article that a local newspaper wrote on him when he was first setting up his business before he moved to his current address. Jason's previous role, was specifically as a diagnostic mechanic - and it shows. Jason will always try and identify the problem and fix the component causing the problem, rather than just swapping out multiple parts for new ones - as so many other Garages do. Even with car servicing, most garages shine a torch on the brake pads through wheels, to check them, but with Jason, that's simply not good enough - so all the wheels come off and the brake mechanism is cleaned etc Previously unbeknown to me, it is my car (minus wheels) that illustrates Jason's google entry. Nothing wrong with the wheels - as I said above, this is just the service. How many other garages do you know going to that length. The best prices and the best service in the Trowbridge area by a mile.

   Our car broke down in Trowbridge, so I called JP and he came and recovered it really quickly. Within a few hours he had diagnosed the issue as a battery fault, replaced it, completed checks and removed an annoying bit of trim for us. The service was quick, but thorough and the price was really good. Thanks JP!
