I bought new Oxford Mondial 2 waterproof trousers that had a full zip around the waist to attach it to the matching Mondial 2 jacket. Instead I have paired it with an Oxford Street waterproof jacket, but the jacket did not have a full zip. I asked John if it would be possible to put a full zip on the jacket and emailed a selection of photos. After confirming that it would be possible, John arranged a time for me to drop them off. He contacted me less than 2 days later to let me know that they were ready to be picked up. I am so happy with the result, they fit and zip together perfectly. I have had a few zips replaced on leathers jackets, and a hole repaired under the arm of another jacket by John previously. Always very friendly and professional. The standard and quality of his work is fantastic. I would highly recommend John for repairs and alterations!
12th March. Have just collected my suede jacket which John has completely renovated. I am absolutely delighted. It was bought for me in 1950's and is very special . With great ingenuity and professionalism he has restored it in under a week, for very reasonable cost
Highly professional and friendly service, John was able to expertly rejuvenate my lambskin leather jacket that was becoming dry and cracked - as I was unsure what sort of products I should be using to do it myself. Very fairly priced with a quick turnaround, this is a genuine business that I will be happy to use again.
John replaced the zip on my old Belstaff Jacket, and did a few repairs on a set of jeans, very reasonably priced and the work was carried out to a very high standard.
John did a brilliant repair (complete zip replacement) on my leather Jacket. It would be impossible for anyone who didn't own it to know it had been replaced. Even I struggle to see the difference. The pricing was extremely competitive and, dare I say, to cheap for the quality of workmanship. All topped off with a quick turnaround. Thoroughly recommended.
John helped restore my Avirex jacket and has inspired me to do more leather dying and repairing. He beautifully relined the jacket and put new pocket bags in. Shame there are not more stars as John is an absolute genius, he relined my A2 Leather Flying Jacket to absolute perfection. I am absolutely delighted with the results. As with anything you send away for repair there is a degree of apprehension, but with John there is no need to worry, Pure Genius.
