Was very efficient and supper polite. Explained everything he was going to do and done it better than I even expected . Cleaned everything up after and even checked how it was the next day. Highly recommend
The 2 gentlemen that did my review were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure i am safe and secure in my home. They took their time were polite but most importantly they were friendly and happy to explain the processes to me. Thanks to them I'm safe for another 5 yrs.
Polite efficient tidy,had to extra work that he was not told about,he just got on with it,kept me informed as he worked,asked if I wanted pull cords installed he was really good!I would highly recommend his services

Terrible experience. They came out after already seeing the issue and used inappropriate parts to do a cheap fix. When i asked the worker if he was happy in leaving the work and he just didnt care! The part he fitted will either break or break the item he was supposed to fix PROPERLY!!! I do not recommended them on any level.
BPM removed an electric stair lift from my home. They were very professional - arrived in good time, worked quickly, were both polite and considerate leaving things in a good clean state. I was very happy with my experience with them.

Very disappointing. I booked in a boiler service at the end of last year, and despite mentioning the boiler model when booking I was sent a gas engineer who did not know the system at all and therefore could not even diagnose the ongoing pressure fault we have. And the price was a little more than competitors I might add. I then called back a few weeks later and managed to book in an engineer free of charge for early 2017. He knew the boiler model and diagnosed a faulty valve. So I thought all was fine and was ready to receive the quote and book the work in. HOWEVER, no correspondence followed after a few weeks. And not only that. I rang many times and sent multiple emails and was constantly told that someone would get back. NOTHING. What an incredibly frustrating company to deal with. I rarely leave critical reviews but this is too much.
Situation: Called for a pipe fix due to a leak in kitchen sink. Gave a call and was offered an appointment for next working day. Time of engineer's arrival was specified and arrived promptly. Review comments: Overall very good. Engineer resolved issue very quickly and efficiently. Customer service for appointment scheduling very good as well and commendable for offering an appointment within the next day. No complaints to make. I recommend to anyone in the Bath area.
