   It's hard to give a fair review - I can't seem to even get them turn up. Landlord requested they make contact - nothing. I call up a week later, they take my details and say someone will be in touch... nothing. A week later I follow up again... holding my breath for call back. At this point I feel a 1 start review is fair. Meanwhile the plumbing still has a slow leak in-between the first and second floor. I'll update after the jobs is completed.

   This is the first time we have used these guys, as they were sent through our landlord, and I cannot speak about the company as a whole but I can say we had a LOVELY worker called Fraser (apologies if spelt wrong) that had attended to originally fix our shower pump. Upon taking a look for the first appointment he noted and looked at everything to get the full picture what had needed to be done and then reported back to office to book in to fix it. We had booked in 3 days for this job to be completed and on the first day of ripping all the flooring out he had come to the conclusion that fixing the issue was going to cost our landlord a lot more and he’d need to have more time to be able to do this leaving us without a useable shower for a while which obviously isn’t ideal. He’d then spoke with us about if we’d prefer a bath being put in and we 100% did as we have two young boys 3 & 1 years old after speaking with us he spoke with his managers and had them contact Guiness to see if this was an option. This was accepted and we were over the moon to have a bath installed so was our eldest boy. Over the 3 days Fraser was here he was an absolute delight he spoke to us so kindly and told us everything he would be doing even speaking to our boys so nicely giving them high fives and fist bumps and was even naming the tools they kept trying to pinch (they love tools) he was so kind to do a few extra bits for us including taking the sink pipes apart to take out the itty bitty toys my boy had managed to get stuck down the drain and unblocked it. He also used a strong unblocking agent he had down both my sinks to dissolve any build up and give a better flow. Overall he was wonderful and did such an amazing job with our bathroom I honestly cannot thank him enough!

   It is IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of them. We have an issue with our tap and our door lock and we were told by Rupert that he was gonna come have a look last week. He did not show up and has not answered any of our messages since. And this is not the first time something like that has happened. It takes them months to fix something. Extremely unprofessional overall.

   Rupert came to trace a leak in the property and was absolutely brilliant. He found and fixed the leak really quickly and also pointed out mistakes by a previous plumber which need addressing. Excellent!!

   Rupert has done a few jobs decorating and siliconing in our holiday lets in Bath. He is reliable, quick to respond, and is willing to move his diary around if the issue is urgent which is so important to us when it comes to guests' bookings. He also leaves the space clean and tidy ready for guests' arrival. We look forward to continuing to work with Rupert, and would definitely recommend his services to other holiday let owners in Bath and surrounding areas.

   I have used this company for property maintenance work since 2016. I have always found them to be very reliable and the work to be of an excellent standard. When there was a recent emergency, on a bank holiday weekend, this company went out of their way to try to sort out the situation and to keep me fully informed. They arrive at the property when they say they will and always clean up any mess made. David, Dom, Lynsey and Michelle are all very helpful and easy to talk to. Thank you Bath Property Maintenance!
