    Initially my experience was going well, until my car was repaired and was told I won't get my car back until I pay my excess. This is bully tactics and corrupt in the way they are dealing with me as a customer. There is no reason to withhold my car. I have full intentions of paying my excess when I get paid. This is unfair treatment.

    After my car got hit it went here to be repaired on the passenger side...a couple of dents & some scraping. It was a fantastic service & received my car back the following day. Very pleased with the repair & the valet

    Very disappointed with the work I will contact my insurer and complain. The staff from the office and Lewis they are amazing . Thursday when I supposed to take the car back i have checked they work the dor trim was not fix properly was lose another trim from the wheel arch in the same situation and one panel was not sprayed was only touched with paint and was coming off the paint. James I think was his name apologise and said that the will fix the problem. Next day Lewis deliver my car home and after a close look I have discovered the also this time and see the pictures the paint was not the great inside we're you open the door they have not fix it and if left it like that will rust. They have very good customer service but the repair very poorly done.

    Fantastic service! Receptionist (Toni) has been extremely friendly and kept me updated throughout. The speed between me bringing my car in and it being fixed was phenomenal. Brought it in on Wednesday afternoon and it was back to me by Friday afternoon, despite other garages advising it would take around 6 weeks. I noticed a few other comments about people having their cars returned to them looking brand new because it had been cleaned so well. I feel my clean was very average (and o my done front seats) but not going to lie, it was quite dirty so can understand why they didn’t. It would have been a fantastic extra though

    Excellent work and Professional Customer Service. Saw a few bad posts on Google, so was a little apprehensive as this was the chosen garage by my insurance company. All as I can say is that they made a very good job on repairing the damage, kept me informed at all times and sorted out the return of my hire car as I could not get any answer from them.

    A wholly excellent experience from booking the car in to completing the repair and returning the car. As part of the insurance accident claim, the insurance company told me that Halo Accident Repair Bristol would be handling the repair and would be in touch with me. The accident occurred on a Friday morning and informed the insurance company around midday and was contacted by Halo Bristol within a couple of hours and was dealt with efficiently, the upcoming weekend was a bank holiday weekend so the car was booked in for Tuesday morning. I was told that some parts used would be genuine manufacturer parts but could be second hand as part of the drive to keep insurance costs down and for their environmental ethos, to which I readily agreed . Halo offered to collect my car from home and drop off a courtesy car but I chose to take my car in myself and the clean low mileage courtesy car was waiting for me. I was told the repairs could take 2 to 3 business days and indeed on Wednesday I was told it would be ready sometime the following day and on Thursday morning told it would be ready between 3pm and 5pm and at 2:30 I was told it was ready. Halo had offered to return the car to me and pick up the courtesy car but as I was out and about I again chose to go to the repair centre and again the hand back of my car was handled efficiently – the car was sparkling clean the bodywork repairs and paint looked like new and it was demonstrated that the replacement door handle was working, the handle looks like new. I was very pleased with the work done by Halo and their polite efficiency. I can highly recommend this new accident repair location.
