Caring, inclusive and proffessional swimming lessons. Most staff are all very competitive within their field but one staff here is like a shining Star: Dan, has made our journey at Swimplus extra welcoming, he is very proffessional and able to cater for all needs and abilities. Thank you Dan and Swimplus.
Swim Plus have been brilliant for my daughter gaining confidence in the water. When she first started, she was incredibly nervous and most lessons would be full of tears. 2 years on, she is working towards completing stage 4, and genuinely looks forward to her lessons. The key to her progress is undoubtedly the staff. They have all taken time to get to know my daughter and how she best responds to tuition so that she makes steps towards becoming an established swimmer every week. As a child who initially spent most of her lesson crying, she now confidently volunteers to try new skills and is thriving in the water. The staff are also very responsive to concerns, feedback and any queries and it really helps me feel like we can work collaboratively to get the best learning possible for my daughter. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for swimming lessons for their child in the Enfield area.
My 6 year old loves his lessons here. The team have a lot to juggle with different ages, stages and abilities. They do their best to meet the needs of each family and have helped us find a slot and some regularity that works for us. We have enjoyed our experience so far and most importantly my son is becoming confident and safe in the water. Thanks to Kerry, Mark and the team.
Great experience so far. Excellent teaching, very responsive to needs and abilities. Dan's lessons are enjoyable. Kerry ensures everything runs smoothly and communication is very good. Have recommended this swim school to other people.
Fantastic swim school! We have been with swim plus for a year and our daughter has progressed tremendously and learnt to swim independently within few months. Tarkan has been an exceptional instructor. Such personal service from all the team at Swimplus- Kerry and Mark also great and friendly to deal with. Thank you swimplus team!
Bad communication - including ignoring emails. Poorly managed by rude manager whom has no understanding of children’s social, emotional and mental health and well being. Be careful with ambiguous unfair terms of contract. Money greedy! Changes to lessons made and No refunds offered. Simply - waste of time and money!
My son continues swim plus lesson every week. He is very enthusiastic. Good coaching
5 stars for coaching staff, but management ZERO stars. I've paid for several lessons for my kids but at the end we just done some lessons only due to lockdowns. I've told the managers to refund remaining monies but since December 2020 to this point we have Not managed to get our monies back. The management was informed that I was not able to continue to attend any standing leasons... to this point a refund not been provided. Advice ..if you use this company ONLY use a credit card as the purchase of services is protected.
Just joined and my kids came out loving their lesson. So far i love it too as a parent, super friendly staff and communication has been excellent.
