   Usually I deal with Gary who is always helpful and courteous.On this occasion however a "stand in " called Stephen was in the shop and was rude and dismissive. I exited and awaited the return of Gary. Disappointing as always usually a fantastic service.

   Unfortunately the shop was unable to cut a simple key for my new yale lock, 3 visits, eventually they reluctantly refunded me. I went to D&D shoe repairs in sodbury who managed it first time, at less than half the price per key (£5 Vs £12)

   Complete rip off. Wanted to charge £55 for a £5 watch battery. Borderline RUDE when I went to collect watch!! Said I should NOT have been quoted a price for a watch service when it was sent off, if so this is not the customers fault, try training your staff properly. AVOID

   Great for multiple services. We've had excellent passport photos taken here many times over the years, have printed out art work in a larger size than can be done on a home printer and had dry cleaning done very quickly. Staff have always been friendly and helpful

   The key may of worked once I got it, but they told be 2/3 days and someone wld give me a call gets past bank holiday weekend and still nothing. So rang them and it been there days. Well cheers then mate what happened to my phone call
