   Whilst the teacher in Wimbledon was lovely the pool and facilities were not fit for purpose. There was no where to put your baby when getting changed and there were no separate changing rooms for men and women. I would suggest doing a test session before committing and wasting lots of money. They also changed the time of the class after I had booked and paid, which was also unsatisfactory.

   We had a fantastic first swimming lesson at Aquatots today! Both my son and I enjoyed the class and learned some valuable new swimming techniques that we can continue practicing at home. Angie, our instructor, was incredibly welcoming and attentive to both of us. She made the lesson fun and engaging. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend Aquatots to other families.

   Review of Aquatots – Mixed Experience Over Two Years We were initially excited to join Aquatots and had some positive experiences over nearly two years, but ultimately left due to ongoing issues and lack of consistent communication. Our journey began with a misunderstanding about spectator limits at the first pool, which only allowed two spectators per term—something we were not aware of until arriving. We moved to a second pool that was excellent in terms of size, temperature, and staff, but it later faced operational problems that led to frequent cancellations and eventual removal from the schedule. Although this was not entirely Aquatots’ fault, switching pools proved difficult and the option to pause or leave altogether was not clearly offered. We then enjoyed a stable period with a great teacher and pool, and both our children thrived. However on progressing to the next term we encountered issues with unclear class placements, including being put in a combined level class without much prior notice. We also were in a combined class before this and were not told by the office. Communication from the office was inconsistent, and it took several calls to get clarity on the combined classes. Our final pool (with a known pump issue prior to the term starting and prior to us booing) was closed after only two sessions. We appreciated that a full refund was eventually given, but it came only after persistent follow-up. One consistent concern was the lack of spectator clarity. With two young children, we rely on being able to watch and swap roles. Most pools lacked adequate seating, and we were often told this information was not available in advance—something we feel should be disclosed more transparently during booking. This information should be agreed with all pools in our opinion. While the instructors were generally excellent and our children enjoyed the lessons, the operational inconsistencies and poor communication from the office made the experience frustrating. With better transparency and customer support, we feel this could have been a much more positive long-term experience.

   We love our swimming lessons with aquatots! The progress our daughter has made since beginning at 10 weeks has been incredible and every lesson is so much fun! We have the confidence to take our daughter swimming knowing that she is safe and love seeing her confidence grow too!

   So glad I started swimming lessons with aqua tots. My lg started at 5months old as I was recommended from a friend. She is now 14months old and the confidence she has in the water is amazing. We recently just got back from holiday and she absolutely loved the water and was not fazed about going under the water or people splashing her. It is was great to see that the swimming lessons are paying off. Would definitely recommend Aquatots, all the staff are lovely and friendly aswel plus it’s a great way to spend time with you and your baby having fun while learning.

   We booked our Daughter into Aquatots back in 2018 and my Son shortly after restrictions lifted in 2020, and they both love it. Their teachers over the years have been fantastic, and the abilities my children have developed over time are amazing, but for me the highlight is spending quality time with my children and having lots of fun and laughter. Our times at Aquatots, we will treasure ... Some of our greatest memories are in the pool thanks to Aquatots.

   The classes are amazing the teachers are friendly. The classes have given both of my children a lot of water confidence. My eldest had lessons from another swim school and lost her confidence. It was aquatots that helped get this back especially with finding the confidence of going underwater with the foundation classes. I would highly recommend them. They focus on water safety from a young age.

   Both our son and daughter began to learn to swim with Aquatots from the age of 6 months. They are now 10 and 6 and still enjoy their weekly lessons. From our perspective, we have watched them grow in confidence and technique with supportive, caring and encouraging teachers. The administrative support team are also incredibly helpful. We cannot recommend Aquatots highly enough.

   Aquatots has been amazing for both my son and me. From a very early age we have been in the water together learning new skills and having fun. He is progressing through each level and the teachers are patient and understanding with each child as an individual and offers fantastic teaching techniques for children and parents alike to use. Our son loves the water and it’s largely down to Aquatots for this. I highly recommend if you are looking to undertake child swimming lessons.

   I would 100% recommend Aquatots for baby and toddler swimming classes. My daughter started swimming with Aquatots, as an older beginner. She was very nervous and very clingy. She is now just a couple of terms in and is now excitedly jumping in to the pool, independently and she is so much more happy and confident being in the water. Her teachers are so warm, friendly and knowledgeable and the pool she swims in is so nice and warm, that its hard for us to leave at the end of the lesson.
