Harry replaced my combi boiler. The work was done to a high standard and the area left tidy. He was a polite and cheerful person to have around the house. Bonus points for getting the job done on one of the hottest days if the year!
Thermostat stopped working, rang for help. Due to cancellation able to send someone out the same day, even arrived an hour earlier than they expected which was actually very convenient. Quickly assessed the issue, open and transparent about the problem and costs. Able to replace radio thermostat receiver there and then, so all done within about 15 minutes, very professional, even wearing shoe covers (despite his shoes looking spotless to start with). Would strongly recommend for any heating engineering, boiler or plumbing issues. Excellent!
I would highly recommend HL Plumbing and Heating every time. I called and spoke to Kath late in the evening and she squeezed me in first thing in the morning. What a lovely lady very personable. Great communication through email and text with arrival times. Harry arrived the next morning very professional and super friendly , diagnosed the issue and fixed immediately even after getting soaked, sorry about that Harry. I have found a company that I totally trust and will definitely be using them for any future work needed.

Had a problem with my boiler and was recommended hl plumbing and heating by someone at work. I gave them a call and I’m so glad I did. The whole experience with them was fantastic! I’ve had a few issues in my house with taps and other things breaking. Even though they were small jobs there was no difficulty getting HL Plumbing and Heating to take them on. The booking system is straightforward and the communication about the time slot is excellent. Harry and his team are friendly and reliable, and do excellent work. There is none of the reluctance over a small job that you get with some plumbing companies. They are easy to recommend on every level.

We received a very prmpt response from Harry over messenger who then went out of his way, outside of work hours, to help online with the leak we were experiencing. He then came around to fix the leak and service the boiler and was delightful! We would most certainly recommend them and use the company again.
