Having had gas fire removed by Ashton whom did an excellent job. Then had fire place blocked by Chris who works for Ashton , whom plastered the whole chimney breast , he went above and beyond my expectations. absolutely brilliant and professional job. Very pleased indeed. Every part of the process Chris was meticulous. Very clean and tidy . We couldn't be happier with AMW plumbing and heating. Ashton and Sam replumbed our entire home, moved and fitted a new boiler, a hot water tank, and installed a zoned heating system for us on each floor. It was a massive job, and they absolutely nailed it. Their attention to detail is just amazing. You can tell they have a real passion for what they do. Beyond their incredible skills, they're just genuinely great guys—friendly, polite, and so easy to have around (actually quite sad they’ve gone - you can’t say that often about trades!) If you're looking for plumbers who are top-notch at their craft and just all-around great people, you won't find better than this. After having our shower screen randomly explode and cause lots of damage we were recommended to use AMW heating. Ashton came out right away to price and recommended the best place to go for materials. He booked us in promptly and kept us up to date the whole time. Chris from the interior team did an amazing job and we could not be happier with the work he did. He left our house clean and tidy and didn’t leave a spec on anything despite having to carry huge panels and materials up and down the stairs!! We noticed our stop tap had started leaking as it had ceased up, we let Ashton know and he had it replaced before 9AM the following morning. We would definitely recommend Ashton and the team and was certainly use them for future projects/ services.
Ashton and his team are consistently fantastic. We have used AMW Heating for multiple jobs around our house over the last 3 years. 5 stars from me. Communication was excellent, Ashton always replied in a timely manner. He was also very quick to come out and look at the problem and he did a great job fixing it too. I had my taps replaced, boiler fixed and gas fire serviced. I 100% recommend them and I will be using them every year to service my boiler. We have had a nightmare with tradesmen over the last few years and this is genuinely my first positive experience!
Beyond excellent! Ashton was quick to respond to the enquiry, offered professional advice on what system would work best for our household, and the quote came back quickly. On the day of installation, they were prompt, well mannered and well prepared. Great communication to ensure we were aware of placement, pipe runs and how the day would go in terms of turning supplies off. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves and guided us through the workings of the boiler and the paperwork issued! Without any doubt I would have them back and happily recommend!
