Always very helpful, talking in plain language so it's easier to understand the process of the repairs/auto work. He's busy in the garage but definitely worth the wait. Look to book in advance. I've always had great service.

My family have used this garage for years. Adrian provides excellent service at very good value whether it be regular work like services and MOT or when it is repair work needed at short notice. It's very reassuring to know there is such a reliable service nearby. Prompt attention and I absolutely trust him to give good advice, do a good job and not inflate the charge.
My 4 th of attending Jarrett and Smith for my MoT and along the way some other bits and bibs that my car needed. Adrian is incredibly trustworthy and such a brilliant mechanic. Would recommend without hesitation.

Took my car to this garage yesterday afternoon with no notice as I was about to embark on a long journey and hadn’t realised there was an issue until I set off. The man at the garage stopped what he was doing straight away and fixed the problem within 15 minutes. He also checked my tyre pressure for me, topped up my engine oil and my windscreen wash. He then sent me on my way free of charge. This man made my day and I would recommend this garage to anyone.
It is very difficult to find an honest mechanic who is not going to rip you off ..especially if you are a woman and doesn't understand anything about cars. Adrian is brilliant, he was recommend to me by a friend and ever since I dont take my car anywhere else. He always explains what's wrong with the car and shows you the faulty parts that he replaced. Very grateful for his service.
