Great service from Gemini accident repair centre! They took my car in after I had a bump in it. I was provided with a brand new courtesy car which was immaculate! They regularly kept me updated throughout the repair process and they dropped my car back off after the work had been done. It was returned to me in excellent condition, the repair work had been done to a high standard and the car was spotless! Thank you for your help!

Took my car to have back wing,back door and alloy wheel repaired. I received regular updates on the repairs and when I collected my car it was in perfect condition. Returned home and my neighbour gave it a thorough inspection and declared it to be in showroom condition. All the staff were extremely courteous and helpful I cannot recommend this garage highly enough.
3rd party insurance company sent my car here to fix body damage caused by their client. The staff were amazing and very professional. The lady in the office went above and beyond, knowing how much my car means to me, text me regularly even tho I was on holiday in the Caribbean. Came back to find him not only fixed perfectly, but valeted to the highest standards inside and out. Would highly recommend them, they understand a car isn't just a car to some people, many thanks to the whole team.
Was meant to take 2 weeks, took 3 months because they kept ordering parts without saying to Me that my car needed them, then ordered wrong parts which delayed the process, someone has sprayed next to my car and the paint residue has gone on my back passenger window and will not come off. And today I just experienced me being locked inside my own car as my inside driver side door leaver was stuck, I needed 2 new door and door hinges, and the car isn't the same as it was. I will now be calling up my insurance to make a complaint, because this is ridiculous! Please, if your insurance books you here, go somewhere else. Staff there are nice, but the mechanics seem like they don't care about your vehicle, otherwise this wouldn't happen.
I was given a courtesy car while my car was in the workshop being repaired. On returning the courtesy car I was told that one of the diamond cut alloys had some damage on and that I would have to pay to have it repaired. I barely used the car and did not damage the wheel but regardless you needed a magnifying glass to see the damage that was being highlighted. I was told I would have to pay several hundred pounds for the repair to the wheel as it was a diamond cut alloy and the courtesy cars do not belong to Gemini so any damage is repaired immediately otherwise Gemini have to pay themselves. HOWEVER, when I challenged this and the lady 'checked with her manager' strangely enough they agreed that the damage was not caused by me but another customer who had used the car several weeks earlier. This is a disgusting practice and had I not challenged them they would have gladly taken my money to repair an alloy that (a) didn't need repairing; (b) another customer had probably paid to have repaired, and; (c) clearly hadn't been repaired despite taking someone's money to do so!!! Be warned so you are not caught by this obvious scam!!!
