Quick service, flexible, friendly and helpful staff! Fairly priced and good with dealing with issues. Only issue is finding them, it's in the corner of a hauiler yard and if there's a trailer parked outside, you miss the sign ☹️
Excellent service on a new tacho installation. It's very rare these days to come across someone who greets you with a smile and shakes your hand and thanks you for your business. This is exactly the reception I got from BTAC. They were able to help the day after we booked and completed the job in a few hours. In addition they went above and beyond to help train me on the operation of the device and provided tips on best practice. I would thoroughly recommend BTAC to anyone needing a tacho.
