Brilliant service, thank you. I took my little, rather old 'travelling laptop' for repair after the 'b' key stopped working. I was half resigned to getting by with an external bluetooth keyboard but Ben provided a very cost effective solution and I'm delighted to have my machine back in perfect working order again.
Bought a new desktop here and regret not having bought here in the past instead of high street shops. Perfect spec for me, great performance compared to others I've owned, really competitive price, and since my old pc used to transfer all previous usage, everything opened, looked, and worked the same like I was just carrying on but with less waiting. Amazing service, Ben is really helpful and really quick to fix any issues. I went to get my laptop battery replaced and he did it extremely quickly so I didn't have to leave it with him for more than an hour (very useful as I'm a uni student!). Would highly recommend.

Went into the shop having had an issue with my laptop since I installed an update meaning the keyboard wouldn't work, preventing me from logging on. After a short wait I was greeted and explained my problem to them. What might have been a big problem for me was not only resolved quickly but was explained without all the unnecessary jargon.
