   I cannot recommend these guys highly enough. As someone with an embarrassingly poor grasp of IT, I’ve often found myself in need of quick and reliable laptop or mobile repairs—perhaps more than the average Joe—and I’ve turned to Talkback Comms for exactly that over the years. The staff are incredibly helpful and have frequently provided quick, straightforward solutions to a range of issues with my gaming laptop. Their prices are very reasonable, and on more than one occasion they’ve even refused to charge me after spending time troubleshooting a complex problem. As I mentioned to the shop owner this morning, I now live in Dorset, but I simply can’t bring myself to use another service after finding such a brilliant team.

   Wow,Wow,Wow, what an incredible service we have had by these guys. This is the third time in the space of a year they have got me out of trouble. Nothing is ever a problem for them, and they deal with it in such a calm manor, just what you need when you're anxiously thinking you're going to lose all your phone content. We are extremely lucky to have them in Portishead; you certainly wouldn't get this sort of service from a main high street retailer. Thanks again Guys, we will probably have to see you again in 6 months when i drop it again!

   Phenomenal customer service, wouldn't go anywhere else. Firstly I had three different mobile phones from 3 different countries, all with various ailments. What could be sorted got sorted very quickly and they were very upfront with what couldn't be sorted, whereas other places will give you the runaround and pretend they can fix something when they can't, wasting time and money. Then I took them my ancient laptop with a defective keyboard. They gave me a very competitive quote and ordered a new keyboard and fitted it. Unfortunately the supplier had sent them a defective keyboard. Talkback comms then removed it and charged me nothing even though they had done the work of fitting it and removing it. So the problem is not resolved yet but the point is they were honest, communicated immediately with complete honesty, and refused to charge me for the work they did even though I offered to pay them. For me the most valuable thing in service industries is honesty, clear communications and prioritising the customer experience. These guys did all that and more, with the utmost of high standards, professionalism, courtesy, communications and a caring attitude towards me as a customer. Very happy!
