   James was fab. Responsive, quote was returned so quickly, amendments made instantly when I asked for extras. Timely, efficient and a really fair price! ALSO incredibly tidy, after renovating my last house, countless trades (never horribly messy) but James is by fair the tidiest. Kindly gave me a little lesson on how to use Hive & kept me upto date with everything, making sure i was happy throughout. HIGHLY recommend. Work completed was removing 2x gas fires, back boiler & some other bits, new combi boiler, completely new radiator, relocation of an outside tap & installing a new basin.

   James came out at a days notice to fix a problem that a plumber from another company had said was a faulty boiler pump. He quickly ascertained that this was not the problem and after some investigation found the problem to be a tap letting air into the system. He therefore saved me spending £200 - £300 on a solution that wasn't needed. Excellent, speedy service from an understanding and polite person.

Perfect professional job, efficient tidy, focused, pricing is reasonable for the Quality boiler and job you are receiving. Got my call, car in the garage so he walked to my house to find out the problem. First class workman so very glad he does my regular service. Gives you total peace of mind. 5+
